Campground

Our open, hillside campground has 12 grassy sites, including powered and unpowered sites. We also have 3 cosy ‘Campground Cubbies’, and it is serviced by comfortable Amenities including Camp Kitchen and Laundry-Lounge. The campground is not designed for large motorhomes or caravans longer than 6 metres. During busy periods we do not allow pets in the campsite, but contact the office for advice on special circumstances.

Unpowered sites are $30 per night, and powered sites $40 per night. For overnight EV charging (cost $20) a 15A outlet is available nearby (sites T4~T6). To select the most suitable campsite for you, sites can only be booked by phone (03) 5165 3231.

Tent Camping

We have a number of grassy sites, for tents or swags, with vehicle access to park alongside. A personal locker for secure storage, and with a powerpoint for electronic device charging is available upon request when you check-in.

Camper Trailers and Caravans

Most of our powered and unpowered sites are suitable for trailers or caravans up to a maximum 6 metres in length.

RVs and Motorhomes

Our pleasant, grassy campsites are especially well-suited to compact, recreational vehicle-based camping, including campervans and 4WDs with roof-top tents. Larger RVs can be parked in the lower level ‘Paintball and RV Carpark’ where there is more flat ground.

Campground Cubbies

Camp without pitching a tent! These are an easy, low-cost alternative to bringing your own caravan or tent. Each of the cubbies have two single beds. Being well insulated, with a heater, they are a great way to ‘camp out’ on a cold night. BYO all bedding, linen, cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery, toiletries and food.

Amenities

Each of the male and female facilities have three shower cubicles, three toilet cubicles and three hand-basins, and are easily accessible via ramps and decks. If required, campers have access to an individual storage locker on the deck which feature internal power points for phone or laptop charging (obtain key from the office when checking in).

Laundry-Lounge

The laundry has a washing machine and a clothes dryer, with a clothesline outside. The lounge is more cosy than being outside in cold weather, having lounge chairs, a TV for playing DVDs, and a cupboard of books to browse.

Communal Camp Kitchen

There is a welcoming, sheltered dining area including two big tables with seating, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and wash-up facilities (cold water only, but you can boil the kettle or get a bucket of hot water from the nearby laundry).  You will need to supply your own cooking and eating utensils. A gas barbecue is available (contact the office during business hours for gas bottle).

Campfires

Depending on weather conditions, fire-drums can be supplied for use in the communal area or near your site,  (contact the office during business hours for fire-drum supply). The Camp Kitchen also has a wood heater and cafe blind to keep warm in wet weather. Firewood can be collected in nearby bushland or paddocks (but take care not to disturb any grazing horses). Alternatively firewood may be purchased from the office during business hours.

Picnic Areas

Adjacent to the RV Carpark is a picnic area with wood-fired BBQ, seats and side tables. Firewood is readily obtainable from nearby bushland or may be purchased by contacting the office during business hours. Another picnic area is at the kids playground.

Kids Playground

Adjacent to the Amenities building is the kids playground with table and chairs for adults to relax and observe. It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to supervise kids at all times when using the playground.
